Tate Mayor Ted R. Ware Mayor Pro-Tem �rw Larry Oliver Council Member Charles Dunn Council Member William Shafer Council Member Aulton D. Mullendore Council Member Marion Brekken Council Member constituting a quorum with the following members of the Planning & Zoning Commission: Duane Rogers Chairman Sharron Spencer Vice-Chairman Harlen Joyce Member Harold Anderson Member Ron Cook Member Gerald Norman Member constituting a quorum with Robert Sands absent, with James L. Hancock City Manager Bill Eisen Assistant City Manager John Boyle City Attorney with City Secretary, Shirley Armstrong absent. �irwr CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tate. INVOCATION Council Member Marion Brekken delivered the Invocation. WORKSHOP Mayor Tate advised those in attendance that the only purpose of the meeting was to conduct a workshop relative to the City' s Master Plan update. Mr. Craig Farmer, Freese and Nichols Engineering firm representative then addressed the Council and Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Farmer explained in detail the written draft of the proposal to date. He then reviewed the draft map outlining proposed thoroughfares and suggested land uses. �, There was a lengthy discussion during which questions were asked and suggestions made. There was no formal action taken. � ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Council, and Planning & Zoning Commission, Councilman Dunn made a Ol/14/81 motion to adjourn.
