The first order of business was for the City Council and Planning & Zoning Commission to hold a public hearing on Zoning Application Z78-1 submitted by F'irst National Bank of Grapevine. Mayor Tate declared open the public hearing . The City Secretary explained that the applicants had requested that Lot 8, Block 6 and a small adjoining tract in the Sky Ha.rbor Addition be rezoned from "R-1" Single Family Dwelling to "C-2" Community Business Zoning. The applicant, Mr. Bruce MacElvaine then requested that considera- tion of the applicatian be tabled until February 7, 1978 pending further studv of deed restrictions . Commission Membe.r Harlen Joyce then made a motion to table consideration of Zonin� Application Z78-1 until Feb.ruary 7, 1978.
