FIRST NATIONAL BANK � The first order of business was for the City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission to hold a public hearing on Zonina Application Z78-1 submitted by First National Banlc of Grapevine. Mayor Tate declared open the ;�ublic hearing. The City Secretary explained that th� F'irst National Ban�c of Grapevine had submitted an application requesting that Lot 8, Block 6 of Sky Harbor Addition, and a small adjoining tract be rezoned from "R-1" Single Ramily Dwelling District to "C-2" Community Business District. Mr. Bruce MacElvaine, bank representat�ve was then introduced and stated that it was the desire of the applicants to tivithdraw the request. Councilman Dalton then made a motion to accept the request to withdraw Zoning Application 778-1.
