�"� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
ADOPTING THE CONFIRMATION OF DONATED ASSETS
FORM AS THE OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF
,�,,� DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTED ASSETS AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined the City of Grapevine has
received significant amounts of fixed assets contributed to its
Water and Sewer Funds by developers; and
WHEREAS, to insure completeness of accounting records and
proper recording of contributed fixed asset amounts, the City of
Grapevine should receive and maintain a written confirmation,
signed by the developer which includes a detail of the asset and
related value to be contributed to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section l . That the City Council hereby adopts the
"Confirmation of Donated Assets" form as the official
confirmation of developer contributed asset (attached as Exhibit
°�' "A") to insure completeness of accounting records.
�r Section 2 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.

In order to comply with the requirements of the annual audit of the
financial statements of the City of Grapevine, we hereby state that the
assets and/or projects descri.bed in the attached bid proposal are to be
donated to the City of Grapevine. The City has no obligation to the donor
or any other parties with respect to these assets. Further, we are not
aware of any liens against said property. Upon completion, the assets will
be valued as follows:
Water System Improvements
Sewer System Improvements
Drainage System Improvements
Paving Improvements
