A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
APPROVING THE TAX ROLL FOR 1987 ON
��` PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, on July 24, 1987 the Chief Appraiser of the Tarrant
Appraisal District approved and certified to the Grapevine City
Council the Tax Roll for 1987 in the amount of $1 , 601, 724, 102
plus $47, 435, 398 current net taxable value of properties under
' protest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the certified Tax Roll value for the year
1987 in the amount of $1 , 601, 724, 102 for the City of Grapevine,
Texas, be and hereby is approved.
Section 2 . In addition to the value shown in Section 1
above, the Chief Appraiser has prepared a list of all properties
pending disposition before the Appraisal Review Board. A minimum
value of $47, 435, 398 has been assigned to this property.
Section 3. The sum of the amounts shown in Section 1 and
�"' Section 2 above, have been used for calculation of the effective
tax rate as described in Section 26 . 04 of the State Property Tax
� Code.
Section 4 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after its date of passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 15th day of September , 1987
