Civ. Stat. authorizes local governments to enter into intergovernmental contracts; and WHEREAS, the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A" provides that the City shall reimburse the County for the total cost of all work on Type "E" streets and fifty percent (50�) of the total cost of all work performed on Type "B" and Type "C" streets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS : Section 1. The above premises are found to be true and correct and are hereby incorporated into the terms of this resolution as if copied herein in its entirety. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Dallas County, a copy of which is attached � hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein in its entirety. Section 3 .
