A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
; � -� OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE DENCO AREA 9-1-1
DISTRICT AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, Article 1432e, V.A.C.S. provides that two voting
members of the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communication
i District shall be appointed jointly by all cities and towns lying
� wholly or partly within the District; and
` WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine wishes to make such
j appointment.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

; Section 1 . That the City of Grapevine, Texas hereby
appoints Mr. David Purifoy as a member to the Board of Managers
of Denco Area 9-1-1 District.

Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from
