A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
� � OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING PERSONS
NAMED BELOW TO SIGN IN TRANSACTIONS WITH THE
FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS AND PROVIDING
j AN EFFECTIVE DATE

� BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS :
Section 1 . That the persons named below are those persons
who are hereby authorized and empowered for and in the name and
, on the behalf of the City of Grapevine, which is not in
' contravention of our by-laws, to sign in transactions with the
Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas until said Federal Reserve Bank
has received notice in writting that this authority as to any or
all of the persons whose names appear below have been revoked.

� Section 2. That the City Council hereby authorizes City
� Manager, Dennis E. Dawson; Assistant City Manager, Kelvin Knauf;
� and Finance Director, Ralph Seeley to sign in transactions with
i the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and
� �,� after the date of its passage.
