A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
APPROVING AND RATIFYING THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

BETWEEN THE CITY AND DALLAS/FORTH WORTH
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BOARD FOR THE EXTENSION
AND CONSTRUCTION OF SOUTH MINTERS CHAPEL ROAD
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, on June 7, 1988 , the City Council approved by
motion and vote a License agreement between the City and
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board for the extension
and construction of South Minters Chapel Road; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire that this License agreement be
authorized by a resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the City Council hereby approves and
ratifies the License agreement adopted by the Council on June 7,
1988.
Section 2. That this resolution shall become effective from
and after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 2nd day of August ► 1988 •
