A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TAX ROLL
FOR 1988 ON PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
� WHEREAS, on July 20 , 1988 the Chief Appraiser of the Tarrant
Appraisal District approved and certified to the Grapevine City
Council the Tax Roll for 1988 in the amount of $1 , 853, 075, 803 . 00
plus $37 , 207,312. 00 current net taxable value of properties under
protest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That the certified Tax Roll value for the year
1988 in the amount of $1, 853, 075, 803. 00 for the City of
Grapevine, Texas, be and hereby is approved.
Section 2 . In addition to the value shown in Section 1
above, the Chief Appraiser has prepared a list of all properties
pending disposition before the Appraisal Review Board. A
projected minimum value of $37, 207, 312. 00 has been assigned to
this property.
Section 3 . The sum of the amounts shown in Section 1 and
Section 2 above, have been used for calculation of the effective
�:� tax rate as described in Section 26. 04 of the State Property Tax
Code.
Section 4 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
