A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT
AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A BUILDING;
PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANSFERABLE PERMIT;
PROVIDING A SITE PLAN AND PROVIDING AN
� � EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building on
a particular tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the application
by inspecting said structure and determined that all requirements
of the Building Code and other applicable ordinances had been
met; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, or his designated representative,
set a date for public hearing about which proper notice was
given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the application filed by Mr. Tommy L. Day
to locate a modular building on Tract 3A of the Sunshine
Industrial Addition (827 Dawn Lane) in the City of Grapevine,
Tarrant County, Texas is hereby approved.
` � Section 2 . That said permit is not transferable and shall
apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.

Section 3 . That said permit to be issued in accordance with
the site plan, attached as Exhibit "A" .
Section 4 . That said permit be issued in accordance with
the conditions contained in Exhibit "B" , attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
Section 5 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 4th day of (�r.tnl-�ar , 1988 .

EXHIBIT "B" TO
RESOLUTION iVO. 88-40
House Moving Application HMA 88-01 be approved with the
following conditions : the grounds are cleaned, fire inspection
conducted, and an eight foot (8 ' ) privacy fence installed between
"�'`� the property and residences on Rainbow Trail with the privacy
fence painted on both sides to match the color of the existing
eight foot (8 ' ) grey fence.
