A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS,
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-40 APPROVED ON
OCTOBER 4 , 1988 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE

WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building on
a particular tract of land; and _. _

WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the application
by inspecting said structure and determined that all requirements
of the Buildinq Code and other applicable ordinances had been
met; and
WHEREAS, the Acting City Manager, or his designated
representative, set a date for public hearing about which proper
notice was given; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 88-40 on
October 4 , 1988 providing for the issuance of a non-transferable
permit for the relocation of a modular building in accordance
with the site plan as shown in Exhibit "A" . That said permit was
to be issued after complying with the conditions as described in
Exhibit "B" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr. Tommy L. Day
`�'`� to locate a modular building on Tract 3A of the Sunshine Indus-
trial Addition (827 Dawn Lane) in the City of Grapevine, Tarrant

County, Texas was approved by Resolution No. 88-40 on October 4,
1988. That said permit was to be issued after compliance with
the conditions described in Exhibit "B" .
Section 2 . That the City Council hereby amends Resolution
No. 88-40 at the request of the applicant to repeal the
stipulation that both sides of the eight foot (8 ' ) fence along
the east property line be painted to match the color of the
existing eight foot (8 ' ) grey fence.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage.

Exhibit ".B" To
Resolution No. 88-40
House Moving Application HMA 88-01 be approved with the
following conditions: the grounds are cleaned, fire inspection
conducted, and an eight foot (8 ' ) privacy fence installed between
the property and residences on Rainbow Trail with the privacy
fence painted on both sides to match the color of the existing
eight foot (8 ' ) grey fence.
