A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE
PLANNED THREE-YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT UPDATE FOR THE CITY OF GRAPE-
VINE, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas shares in a
cooperative agreement with Tarrant County for essential community
� development assistance activities under Public Law 93-383, The
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and
WHEREAS, annual updating of the three-year Community
Development Block Grant plan is required for disbursement of
appropriate funds; and
WHEREAS, two public hearings have been duly held by the City
of Grapevine for the purpose of identifying and discussing com-
munity development needs for receiving and adopting community
development projects; and
WHEREAS, after said public hearings and due consideration,
the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas has determined
that the project, rehabilitation of utility systems and housing
in the target area, was eligible for funding under this Act, and
has approved the filing of an application for said funding; and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on the
specifically approved project will revert to the Community •
Development Contingency Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
,,,�„ CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section l . That said planned three-year community develop-
ment plan update for the City of Grapevine, Texas be approved and
endorsed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 3rd day of February, 1987.
