The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas convened in !
`� special City Council meeting at 8:00 A.M. on this 9th day of �

Mayor Tate called the meeting to order.

The Invocation was delivered by Councilman Charles Dunn. 4

The first order of business was for the City Council to consider
a resolution relative to application for preliminary loan for
low-rent public housing. �
�
The City Secretary read the resolution in its entirety. �

After little discussion, Councilman Dalton made a motion to �
adopt the resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilman Dunn �
and prevailed by the following vote:
�
Ayes: Tate, Dalton, Dunn, Oliver, Pirkle, Gideon, & Florence ;
Nays: None �
Before adjourning, Mayor Tate stated that the Citizens Advisory a'
Committee would meet for the first time on May 10, and asked if �
the Council could meet in conjunction with that committee. The �
City Secretary was then instructed to post the proper agenda for �
�
said meeting. 7

There being no further business to come before the Council,
Councilman Florence made a motion to adjourn. The motion was `
seconded by Councilman Gideon and all present voted aye. '
