Site Plan Review Committee to consider a public hearing relative to Conditional Use Request CU12 -46 addressed as 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, #211, and consideration of same. III. MINUTES A. Site Plan Review Committee to consider the minutes of the November 7, 2012, regular meeting. IV. TRIPLIETT, PLANNER II DEVELOPMENT SERVICES SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE DECEMBER 5, 2012 STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TARRANT CITY OF GRAPEVINE The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on this the 5th day of December 2012, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200 South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members present -to -wit: Larry Oliver Scott Williams Chair Member constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff: Ron Stombaugh Albert Triplett Jr. Susan Batte CALL TO ORDER Planning and Development Manager Planner Planning Technician Larry Oliver called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. EW BUSINESS CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU12 -46 - SAKS FIFTH AVENUE OFF 5TH First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU12 -46 submitted by Scott Wilson for property located at 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway #211 and platted as Lot 1 R3, Block 1, Grapevine Mills Addition Phase 1. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit to amend the previously approved site plan of CU10 -25A (Ord. 11 -02) for a planned commercial center in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of gross leasable space specifically to modify the exterior elevations With this request the applicant proposes an exterior elevation change to the Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th entry, storefront and wall signage. The exterior changes coincide with an interior remodel of the store. After a brief discussion, Larry Oliver moved to approve conditional use application CU12 -46. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver and Williams Nays: None 120512 1 SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE DECEMBER 5, 2012 CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of November 7, 2012. Scott Williams moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of November 7, 2012. Larry Oliver seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Oliver and Williams Nays: None ADJOURNMENT With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 3:32 p.m. PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ON THIS THE 24TH DAY OF APRIL 2013.
