A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC
,,,� SERVICE OF MR. HARLEN JOYCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
� is desirous of expressing their appreciation to Mr. Harlen Joyce
for the dedication and untiring service rendered by him to this
community; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Joyce has served as a member of the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine for the past 24
years in a dignified, faithful, and impartial manner, giving
generously of his time and efforts, and acting unselfishly in all
deliberations; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Joyce has been a long-time resident of this
community and has made a number of civic contributions, which
include 20 years as a member of the Grapevine Volunteer Fire
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , that the Mayor and City Council, along
with the Citizens of Grapevine, extend this sincere expression of
esteem and appreciation to Mr. Harlen Joyce for dedicated public
service in acknowledgement of his contributions to the civic
�°� welfare of the community and do express best wishes for continued
good health and success for many years to come.
