�°°� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS NAMING A CERTAIN CITY STREET AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
�"" WHEREAS, due to the realignment of Pool Road with Brumlow
Road at Ira E. Woods Avenue (S.H. 26) , it has been determined
that a need exists to assign a street name to that portion of
former Pool Road which extends north approximately 425 feet to
the entrance to Grapevine Hiqh School; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That this portion of a public roadway extending
south from the entrance to Grapevine High School approximately
425 feet and intersecting with Pool Road, more fully and
completely described in Exhibits "A" & "B" , attached hereto and
made a part hereof, be hereinafter named SCHOOL ACCESS ROAD.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.

POOL ROAD NAME CHANGE TO SCHOOL ACC�SS ROAD

Being a roadway located in the J.N. Gibson Survey, Abstract No. 591,
Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas and the roadway Centerline being more
particularly described as follaws:
C�ncing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Grapevine High
School Addition as shawn on plat Voltune 388-197, Page 6, Tarrant County
Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said point being located in the East
R.O.W. Line of Pool Rd. ;
TfiENCE, West 40 feet, more or less, to the Centerline of Pool Rd. and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Tf�ICE, N 0° 28' 55" E, a distance of 425 feet.
