RESOLUTION NO. 86-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, APPROVING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP;
DECLARING NOVEMBER 2, 1982 AS THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THE MAP AND ALL AMENDMEIVTS THERETO; AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY SECRETARY TO SIGN
�""' AND SEAL THE MAP; PROVIDING AN EFFECTNE DATE.
�.,..� WHEREAS, on November 2, 1982, the City Council passed the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Grapevine, Texas, Ordinance No. 82-73; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed the Official
Zoning Map and recommends its adoption by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Official Zoning Map and
finds and determines that it should be adopted as recommended by the Planning
and Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters of the above premises are found to be true
and correct and are incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied in
their entirety.
Section 2. That the Official Zoning Map, together with all explanatory
matter thereon, and all amendments thereto that have occurred November 2,
1982 through the date of passage of this resolution, is hereby approved and
adopted by reference and is declared to be a part of the Zoning Ordinance of

the City of Grapevine, Texas, Ordinance No. 82-73.
Section 3. That the Mayor i� hereby authorized and directed to sign the
� ,� Official Zoning Map under the following words: "This is to certify that this is
the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 4 of Ordinance Number 82-73 of
� the City of Grapevine, Texas", and the City Secretary is hereby authorized and
directed to attest to the Mayor's signature and impress the Seal of the City on
the Official Zoning Map together with the effective date of the Official Zoning
M ap.
Section 4. That November 2, 1982 shall be the effective date of the
Official Zoning Map.
Section 5. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
