A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
�. STAFF TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SALE OF SAID
PROPERTY
� WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine owns a tract of land fronting
on South Main Street in the City of Grapevine, Texas; and
WHEREAS, only one-half of this property is required to
provide adequate access from South Main Street to the site of the
future City Complex.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section l. That certain property, more fully described in
Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby
declared to be surplus property.
Section 2. That the City Manager of the City of Grapevine,
or his designated representative, is hereby authorized to
advertise for the sale of said property.
Section 3 . That this resolution shall become effective
