WHEREAS, in accordance with Contract No. llACW 63-83-C-0097
""`"" between the Department of the Army, Fort Worth C;orps of �ngineers (the
"Corps of Engineers") and the City of Grapevine (the "City"), the Corps oi
Engineers relocated Fairway Drive and constructed improvements within the new
alignment of said Fairway Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City has inspected the improvements and has concluded
that the improvements were in accordance with the contract and satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH� c;1�i�Y c:UUNc;11, ur� �i�r1�:
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, `l'EXA�:
Section l. That pursuant to the above referenced contract and the satis-
factory evaluation by the City Administration, the (;ity does
hereby accept the improvements constructed by the llepartment oi
the Army, Fort Worth llistrict C;orps of �:ngineers, within the
Grapevine Lake area and the dedication of an easement that
relocates Fairway Drive.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of September, 1984.
