A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE
PLANNED THREE-YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
,� PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF GR.APEVINE, TEXAS
� WHEREAS , the City of Grapevine, Texas shares in a coopera-
tive agreement with Tarrant County for essential community
development assistance activities under Public Law 93-383, The
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 , as amended; and
WHEREAS , a public hearing has been duly held by the City of
Grapevine for the purpose of identifying and discussing community
development needs and for receiving and adopting community
development projects; and
WHEREAS , after said public hearing and due consideration,
the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas has determined
that the project, needs assessment and rehabilitation of target
area, was eligible for funding under this Act, and has approved
the filing of an application for said funding; and
WHEREAS , it is understood that any funds not expended on the
specifically approved project will revert to the Community
Development Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

Section 1 . That said planned three-year community
development project for the City of Grapevine be approved and
endorsed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 16th day of April, 1985.
