A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
�� - CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DESCRIBING THE
LOCATION OF TWO UNNAMED CITY PARK
PROPERTIES AND DETERMINING A NAME FOR
�� SAID PARKS
WHEREAS , there came to be considered the names of two public
parks within the City of Grapevine, Texas; and
WHEREAS , it was determined that there was a need to name
said public parks .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That approximately . 245 acres of unnamed public
park property is located within the City of Grapevine, Texas,
being Lots 10 & 11 , Block 8 of the Dove Crossing Addition, and
that it be hereinafter named Dove Crossing Park.
Section 2. That . 852 acres of unnamed public park property
is located within the City of Grapevine, Texas , being a portion
of the Glade Crossing Addition, more fully and completely
'�""�' described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and that it be hereinafter named Glade Crossing Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 4th day of June, 1985 .

GLADE CROSSING PARK

BEING a tract of land situated in the John R. Doss
Survey, Abstract No. 440, in the City of Grapevine, Tarrant
� County, Texas, and also being part of the Corrected Plat of
Glade Crossinq IB, an Addition to the City of Grapevine, as
recorded in Volume 388-169 , Page 46 , Plat Records of Tarrant
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin that is the northwest corner
of Lot 22 , Block 9 , of said Glade Crossing IB, said point
also being S 89° 54 ' 47" W, 296 . 97 feet from the intersec-
tion of the south line of Hughes Road (County Road 3037 , a �
60 foot right-of-way) with the west line of Euless-Grapevine
Road (County Road 3129, an 80 foot right-of-way) ;
THENCE S 19° 11 ' 31" W, 68 . 86 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE S 15° 19 ' O1" E, 132 . 57 feet to an iron pin for
corner;
THENCE S 0° 07 ' 23" E, 65 . 91 feet to an iron pin for
corner on the north line of Westbury Drive (a 50 foot right-
of-way) , said point also being in a curve to the left run-
"� ning in a westerly direction and having a central angle of
� 4° 42 ' O1" , a radius of 662 . 49 feet, and a tangent bearing

THENCE along said curve, and the said north line of West-
bury Drive, 54 . 35 feet to the end of said curve, an iron pin
for corner, and to the beqinning of another curve to the left
having a central angle of 5° 44 ' 21" and a radius of 1022 . 49

THENCE along said curve, and continuing along the said
north line of Westbury Drive, 102 . 42 feet to the end of said
curve, an iron pin for corner, and to the beginning of an-
other curve to the right having a central angle of 1° 54 ' 34"
and a radius of 972 .49 feet;
THENCE along said curve, and the said north line of �
