A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONS
CONTAINED IN THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS
�. AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION MINUTE ORDER
81169-00026 PASSED ON AUGUST 25 , 1983, FOR
THE IMPROVEMENT BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
� HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OF SPUR
103 (MAIN STREET)
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of April, 1983 , the City of Grape-
vine, Tarrant County, Texas, requested assistance in reconstruc-
tion of Spur 103 (Main Street) from Hudgins Street to State
Highway 114 , a distance of approximately 0 . 7 mile; and
WHEREAS, Spur 103 is located in the Urban System Program;
and
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways and Public
Transportation desires to assist the City of Grapevine in such
work providing appropriate local officials agree to the proposal
stated in Minute Order 81169-00026 within 90 days of August 25 ,
1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Section l. That the City Council of the City of Grapevine,
� Texas, accepts the provisions contained in State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation Minute Order 81169-00026
(attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" ) as passed
by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation on
August 25 , 1983, for the improvement of Spur 103 (Main Street) .
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 20th day of September, 1983.
