A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS ON
DOG�UOOD DRNE FRONI THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-
Lti�AY LINE OF COLLEGE STREET NORTH TO THE
SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WALL STREET;
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING
THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT
IMMEDIATELY UPON ITS PASSAGE.
LVHEREAS, the construction of improvements of portions of Dogwood
Drive has been completed and inspected and found by the City Council to be
�: ,� satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That a portion of Dogwood Drive has been improved in
accordance with the plans and specifications for said improvements and as
required by the contract between the City of Grapevine, Texas, (the "City"), and
Dellwood Development Corporation. The portion of Dogwood Drive that has
been improved is described as follows:
Being the east and west sides of Dogwood Drive from
the north right-of-way line of College Street north to
the south right-of-way line of Wall Street.
Section 2. That the City has examined and inspected the completed
improvements and it is hereby found that said work and improvements have been
performed and completed in compliance with the terms of said contract and
plans and specifications and the same are hereby accepted and approved by the
City Council.
Section 3. That the City has heretofore approved the final property
F owner rolls and estimates and said assessments shall be paid in accordance with
said rolls and estimates.

Section 4. That the first installment of the assessment for said
improvements against the abutting property owners shall be due and payable to
the City within ten (10) days from the date of this resolution accepting the work
as provided in Ordinance No. 83-81 passed anc3 approved by the City Council on
December 6, 1983.
Section 5. That this resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPE-
VINE, TEXAS, On this 3rd day of January , 19 84 .
