A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION
�, ,,., AND DISTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN INFORMATION
AND MATERIALS PERTAINING TO THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, WATERWORKS AND S�WER
SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1984, THE SO-
LICITATION OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND FOR RE-
LATED PURPOSES

CITY OF GRAPEVINE §
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, has
determined that it is in the best interests of the City and its inhabitants to
proceed as expeditiously as possible with the issuance, sale and delivery of the
City of Grapevine, Texas, Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series
1984 in an anticipated principal amount of $3,000,000;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That First Southwest Company, as Financial Advisor to the
City, is hereby authorized and directed to proceed with the preparation and
distribution of the Notice of Sale, Bidding Instructions and Official Statement to
any and all interested parties for the purpose of offering and selling the City's
Waterworks and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 1984, on the most
� ' favorable terms obtainable for the City.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Secretary of the City shall be, and
�"""� they are hereby, authorized and directed to do any and all things, take any and
all steps, and execute any necessary documents, instruments or certificates to
expedite or effectuate the offering and sale of the Bonds and to carry out the
authority and purposes of this Resolution.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its
adoption.
