A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE
lOTH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
� FOR THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
�y WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine shares in a cooperative
agreement with Tarrant County for essential Community Development
assistance activities under Public Law 93-383 , The Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
determined that the project, water line replacement, was eligible
for funding under this Act and approved the filing of application
for said funding; and
WHEREAS , provision of proper fire protection is believed to
be of sufficient importance to justify a change in the 3-year
Community Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on the
specifically approved project will revert to the Community
Development Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That said lOth year Community Development Pro-

PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this 6th day of March, 1984 .
