A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS , PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A
BUILDING; PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANSFER-
ABLE PERMIT; PROVIDING A SITE PLAN;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building
upon a particular tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the appli-
cation by inspecting said structure and determined that all
requirements of the building code and other applicable ordi-
nances had been met; and
WHEREAS , the City Council set a date for a Public Hear-
ing about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section l. That the application filed by C. O. A.
Industries of Texas , Inc. to relocate a building at 719 East
Dallas Road in the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby
approved.
Section 2 . That said permit is not transferable and
�� shall apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.
�� Section 3. That said permit shall be in accordance with
the site plan, attached as Exhibit "A" .
Section 4 . That said resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
PAS5ED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 16th day of March, 1982 .
