A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS
OF THE 1982 CITY OFFICERS ' RUN-OFF
ELECTION

WHEREAS, there came to be considered the returns of an
,� election held on the 17th day of April , 1982 , for the pur-
pose of electing the hereinafter named official, and, it
appearing from said returns , duly and legally made that
there were cast at said election 792 valid and legal votes;
that each of the candidates in said election received the
following votes :
COUNCIL, PLACE 1
Charles Dunn . . . . . . . . 436
Scott Keeshin . . . . . . . 354
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That said election was duly called; that
notice of said election was given in accordance with law;
and that said election was held in accordance with law; and
�'"� that the following named person was duly elected to the

� office indicated:
Charles Dunn . . . . . Council , Place 1
Section 2 . That the said above person is hereby de-
clared duly elected to said respective office , subject to
the taking of his oath and filing bond as provided by the
laws of this State and the ordinances of this City.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 19th day of April, 1982 .
