A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , AGREE-
ING TO COOPERATE WITH THE GRAPEVINE-
COLLEYVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DIS-
TRICT IN DETERMINING A COMMON POLLING
PLACE FOR FUTURE CITY OFFICIALS
�.. ELECTIONS AND SCHOOL BOARD TRUSTEE
ELECTIONS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; AND PROVIDING CITY SECRETARY
� DIRECTIVES
WHEREAS, the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School
District has requested the cooperation of the City of Grape-
vine in determining a common election site for conducting
City Officials and School Board Trustee elections; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine , through its City
Council, and the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School
District, through its Board of Trustees , desire to cooperate
with each other in determining a common election site for
the convenience of all voters .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section l. That the Grapevine City Council hereby
agrees to cooperate with the Grapevine-Colleyville Inde-
pendent School District Board of Trustees in determining a
- common election site , providing that each political entity
shall conduct separate elections within the chosen facility.
S2ction 2 . That this resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
Section 3. That the City Secretary is hereby in-
structed to provide a copy of this resolution to the proper
authorities of the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School
District.
