A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERPIIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A
HOUSE; PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANSFERABLE
PERMIT; PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
CERTAIN STIPULATIONS; PROVIDING A SITE
PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
�aHEREAS , an application was filed to relocate a house on
a particular tract of land; and
'�""'" WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the appli-
cation by inspecting said structur� and determined that all
requirements of the Building Code and other applicable ordi-
nances had been met; and
�JHEREAS, the City Council set a date for a public hear-
ing about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIT� OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1 . That the application filed by Mr. J. J. Hall
to locate a house at 3324 Hall Johnson Road, Grapevine, Texas ,
is hereby approved with the following stipulations :
A. That the structure be wired to meet minimum
requirements of the Electrical Code.
B. That the structure be plumbed to meet minimum
requirements of the Plumbing Code.
� C. That a heating system be installed which com-
plies with the City of Grapevine ' s Mechanical
� Code.
Section 2 . That said permit is not transferable and
shall apply only to the apnlicant heretofore mentioned.
Section 3. Th�t said permit to be issued in accordance
with the site plan, attached as Exhibit "A'° .
Section 4 . That said resolution shall. take effect
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 21st day of December , 1982 .
