HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1983-014 RESOLUTION NO. 83-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A BUILDING, WITH STIPULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANSFERABLE PERMIT; PROVID- ING A SITE PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN ���-� EFFECTIVE DATE � � WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building upon a particular tract of land; and WHEREAS , the Building Inspector investigated the appli- cation by inspecting said structure and determined that all requirements of the building code and other applicable ordi- nances had been met, except as h�reinafter stated; and �aHEREAS, a date for a public hearing was determined, about which proper notice was given. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS : Section l . That the application filed by Phil J. Stein- hoff to relocate a buildinc� at 3357 Barberry Road in the City of Grapevine , Texas is h�reby approved with the following conditions : A. That the wood girders and floor joist be raised to meet underfloor clearances as required by Section 2517 (c) 2 of the Grapevine Building Code; B. That the building anchorage be corrected to meet ,� , the requirement of Section 2�11 of the Grapevine Building Code. C. That said conditions are to be met within 60 days from the passage of this resolution or the permit is considered null and void. Section 2 . That said permit is not transferable and sha11 apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned. Section 3. That said permit shall be in accordance with the site plan, attached as Exhibit "A" . Section 4 . That said resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage. PA5SED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 29th day of March, 1983.
