A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , DECLARING
���� THAT THE BEAR CREEK SEWER PLANT IS SUR-
PLUS PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHO-
RI�ATIODI OF THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY;
AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Trinity River Authority sewer facility
is now in service; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of
Grapevine Bear Creek Sewer Plant is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section l . That the City of Grap�vine Bear Creek Sewer
Plant and certain appurtenances are hereby declared surplus
property.
Section 2 . That the City T4anager of the City of Grape-
vine , or his designated employee, is hereby authorized to
conduct the sale of said �roperty.
�` ` Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from
and after its passage , and it is accordingly so resolved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 19th day of April , 1983 .
