A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , DECLARING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS , IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR THE
AUTHORIZATION OF THE SALE OF SAID PROP-
ERTY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
�VHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grape-
vine is in possession of items of surplus property; and
WHEREAS, the Dallas�Fort Worth Regional Airport is
having an auction sale on r�ay 20 , 1983, and the City of
Grapevine has been invited to participate; and
WHEREAS, the sale of this surplus property will relieve
the City of Grapevine from maintenance of same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the items described in Exhibit "A" ,
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby declared
surplus.
Section 2 . That the City Manager of the City of
Grapevine, or his designate , is hereby authorized to conduct
6., , the sale of said property.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect �rom
�:� and after its passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 3rd day of May, 1983.
