PERMIT; PROVIDING A SITE PLAN; AND PROVID-

WHERE'.AS, the building inspector investigated the application
by inspecting said structure and determiried that all requiremexits
of the Building Code and other applicable ordinances had been met;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager, or his designated representative,
set a date for a public hearing about which proper notice was
given.

CITY OF GRAPEVINE, Z�S:
Section 1. That the application filed by M. L. Lancaster to
locate a building on Tract 30T, A. F. Leonard Survey, Abstract
No. 946 in the City of Grapevine, Texas, is hereby approved.
Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and shall
apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.
Section 3. That said permit to be issued in accordance with
�,, the site plan, attached as �hibit "A".
Section 4. That said resolution shall take effect imnedi-
ately upon passage.
