A. City Council to authorize the City Staff to bore
� and extend a twelve inch water line under State
� Highway 114 from the south side to its inter-
; section with Park Boulevard on the north. The

estimated cost is $4,000.00
B. City Council to recess to the Conference Room
� to hold a closed meeting for a consultation with
the City Attorney to discuss future litigation.
This closed meeting will be on this topic only
persuant to Article 6252-17, Section (e) , Texas
Civil Statutes.
� C. City Council to reconvene in the Council Chamber

and adjourn.
