A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS , DECLARING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
EXHIBIT "A" , PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZA-
� TION OF THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY, AND DE-
� CLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
�
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine
is in possession of items of surplus property;
WHEREAS , the procedure for notification of the owners of
surplus property, as outlined in the State Statute, has been
met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1. The items described in Exhibit "A" , attached
hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby declared surplus.
Section 2. The City Manager of the City of Grapevine or
his designate, is hereby authorized to conduct the sale of
said property.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from
,� and after its passage and it is accordingly so resolved.
