A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS , PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION
OF A HOUSE, PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANS-
FERABLE PERMIT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE

WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a house
upon a particular tract of land; and
�' WHEREAS , the building inspector investigated the ap-
plication by inspecting said structure and determined that
all requirements of the building code and other applicable
ordinances had been met; and
WHEREAS , the City Council set a date for a Public Hearing
about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr. Sam Gilmore
to locate a house on a portion of Lot 3 , Block 8 of the
W.C. Lucas Addition to the City of Grapevine, Texas is
hereby approved.
Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and
shall apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.
Section 3. That said resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
