A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION
OF A HOUSE, PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANS-
FERABLE PERMIT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN
�„ EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a house
`�""' upon a particular tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the ap-
plication by inspecting said structure and determined that
all requirements of the building code and other applicable
ordinances had been met; and
WHEREAS, the City Council set a date for a Public
Hearing about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr. Melvin
McGrue to locate a house on a portion of Tract 30J of the
A.F. Leonard Survey (468 Washington) to the City of Grape-
vine, Texas is hereby approved.
Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and
shall apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.
�► Section 3. That said resolution shall take effect
' immediately upon passage.

3rd day of March, 1981.
