A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR
THE APPOINTMENT OF AN AUDIT FIRM FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-81; PROVIDING A
MAXIMUM FEE TO BE PAID TO SAID FIRM,
PROVIDING FOR THE FILING IN THE OFFICE
OF THE CITY SECRETARY OF A COPY OF BID
'""`"' DOCUMENTS AND OF THE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED
BY THE FIRM APPOINTED, AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section l: That Peat-Marwick & Mitchel7a.s hereby
appointed auditing firm of the City of Grapevine for the fiscal
year 1980-81.
Section 2 : That an audit fee not to exceed $ 21, 000
is hereby approved for fiscal year 1980-81.
Section 3 : That the City Secretary of the City of
Grapevine, Texas is hereby instructed to maintain in her
files, as a matter of public record, one copy of the City' s
bid documents and one copy of the proposal submitted by
the appointed firm.
Section 4 : That the City Secretary is hereby directed
to provide said firm with a certified copy of this resolution.

Section 5 : That this resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
