A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATIpN OF
TWO (2) PORTABLE STRUCTURES , PROVIDING
FOR A NON-TRANSFERABLE PERMIT, AND PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS , an application was filed to relocate two
(2) portable structures upon a particular tract of land;
and
WHEREAS , the building inspector investigated the
application by inspecting said structure and determined
that all requirements of the building code and other
applicable ordinances had been met; and
WHEREAS, the City Council set a date for a Public
Hearing about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr.
C. C. "Buddy" Hall to locate two (2) portable struc-
tures on that tract of land described by Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby ap-
proved.

Section 2. That said permit is not transferable
and shall apply only to the applicant heretofore men-

Section 3. That said resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL on this
the 16th day of June, 1981.
