A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A
PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RELOCATION OF A
BUILDING, PROVIDING FOR A NON-TRANSFER-
ABLE PERMIT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE
WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building
upon a particular tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the appli-
cation by inspecting said structure and determined that all
requirements of the building code and other applicable ordi-
nances had been met; and
WHEREAS, the City Council set a date for a Public Hear-
ing about which proper notice was given.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr. Harris
French to locate a building on Block 5 , Lot 8 of the W. C.
Lucas Addition (726 Forest) to the City of Grapevine, Texas
is hereby approved.
Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and
�""� shall apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.
Section 3. That said resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 21st day of July, 1981.
