A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
� CORPORATION

WHEREAS, Aulton D. Mullendore was appointed initial
Director of the City of Grapevine Industrial Development
Corporation' s Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, Aulton D. Mullendore has moved his residence
from the City of Grapevine and has resigned his position,
it is therefore incumbent upon the City Council to appoint
a Director to fill the vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
Section 1. That the findings and declarations con-
tained in the preambles of this Resolution are hereby re-
peated and incorporated herein as part of this Resolution.
Section 2. That the City Council hereby appoints
Ted R. Ware, who is at least eighteen (18) years of age,
and is a duly qualified elector of the City on the date of
this appointment, to serve as a member of the Board of Direc-
tors of the Corporation, such service to be at all times sub-
'�'�' ject to the powers of the City under the Act and the Articles
of Incorporation.

Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately from and after its adoption.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 17th day of November, 1981.
