A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING
THE PLANNED THREE-YEAR COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS FOR THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine shares in a cooperative
agreement with Tarrant County for essential community devel-
opment assistance activities under Public Law 93-383 , The
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and
WHEREAS, one public hearing for the purpose of identi-
fying and discussing community development needs and one
public hearing for the purpose of receiving and adopting
community development projects, proposed in the three-year
plan, have been duly held by the City of Grapevine, and
WHEREAS, after said public hearings and due considera-
tion, the City Council, City of Grapevine, determined that
the project, drainage, street, and sewer system improvements,
was eligible for funding under this Act, and approved the
filing of application for said funding, and
WHEREAS, it is understood that any funds not expended on
the specifically approved project will revert to the Community
Development Contingency Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Grapevine, Texas that said planned three-year community
development projects for the City of Grapevine be approved and
endorsed.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the lst day of December, 1981.
