A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE , TEXAS
PROVIDING FOR THE NOMINATION OF A CANDIDATE
FOR THE TARRANT COUNTY TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT
BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO REPRESENT SINGLE MEMBER
DISTRICT NtJMBER THREE .
WHEREAS , the Texas Legislature has passed the Property
� Tax Code, otherwise known as the Senate Bill or Senate Bill
I 621 , instituting central tax appraisal districts for each
County of the State of Texas , effective January 1 , 1980 ,
�
and, WHEREAS , the five member governing board will
be selected by the participating governmental subdivision
located within the County,
and, WHEREAS , each governmental subdivision located
in the County is entitled to nominate n� more than one
person from each single-member district in the appraisal
district ,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Grapevine that :
SECTION 1. The following persons are nominated to
serve on the governing board of the appraisal district of
Tarrant County�
Single Member District l : Fort Worth City
No Nomination
Single Member District 2 : Fort Worth School
No Nomination

and Schools
Warren Dearing

Single Member District 4: Southeast Cities , Towns

No Nomination
SECTION 2 . It is hereby found and certified that the
nominee presented in Section One (1) hereof is currently a
resident of the tax appraisal district and has been a
resident of Single Member District 3 for at least two years .
