A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS PROVIDING
FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE RE-
LOCATION OF A PORTABLE BUILDING, PROVIDING FOR A NON-
� TRANSFERABLE PERMIT, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
� DATE.

WHEREAS, an application was filed to relocate a building
upon a particular tract of land; and
WHEREAS, the building inspector investigated the appli-
cation by inspecting said structure and determined that all
requirements of the building code and other applicable
ordinances and been met; and
WHEREAS, The City Council set a date for a Public
Hearing about which proper notice was given.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS .
Section 1. That the application filed by Mr. Wilbur
Goltz to locate a portable building on the property located
at 418 East Northwest Highway is hereby approved.
Section 2. That said permit is not transferable and shall
apply only to the applicant heretofore mentioned.

� immediately upon passage.
