A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE
1981 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR
THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine shares in a cooperative
�'� agreement with Tarrant County for essential Community Develop-
ment assistance activities under Public Law 93-383 , The Housing
and Community Development Act of 1974 , and
��
WHEREAS, after one public hearing for the purpose of identifying
and discussing Community Development needs, and one public hearing
for the purpose of receiving and adopting Community Development
project proposals have been duly held by the City of Grapevine,
and
WHEREAS , after said public hearings and due considerations ,
the City Council, City of Grapevine, determined that the project,
housing rehabilitation, was eligible for funding under this Act,
and approved the filing of application for said funding, and
WHEREAS , it is understood that any funds not expended on the
specifically approved project will revert to the Community Development
Contingency Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS :
That said 1980 Community Development Project for the City of
Grapevine be approved and endorsed.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1980 .
