A RESOLUTION FINDING A PUBLIC NECESSITY EXISTS TO
OBTAIN EASEMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OR CONSTRUCTING,
OPERATING, AND MAINTAINING A SEWER LINE IN, OVER,
AND ACROSS TO PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"
AUTHORIZING AN OFFICIAL OFFER; AUTHORIZING THE
FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GRA.PEVINE, TEXAS

SECTZON I . That the City does hereby find that a public
necessity exists that requires the obtaining of easements,
both permanent and for construction purposes,for the purpose
of constructing, installing, and maintaining a sanitary sewer
main in, on, along and under the property described by metes
and bounds in Exhibit"A" which is attached hereto and in-
corporated herein for all purposes.
SECTION II . That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to offer the owner of said tract same being Wm.
M. Hurst, Lee Roy Hurst, Anna P. Conklin, individually and�or
the beneficiary of the estate of Georgia M. Breeding the sum
of $2,725.00 as reasonable compensation for the acquisition
of the easements for sanitary sewer pruposes.
SECTION III . That in the event the offer contained in
Section II is declined the City Attorney is authorized and
directed to file eminent domain proeeedings for the purpose
of acquiring said easement.
SECTION IV. That the resolution shall take effect from and
