A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE CITY OFFICER' S RUN-OFF ELECTION
WHEREAS , there came to be considered the returns of
a City Officer' s Run-Off Election held on the 21st day of
April , 1979 , for the purpose of electing the hereinafter named
official, and it appearing from said returns , duly and legally
made that there were cast at said election 430 valid and legal
votes ; that each of the candidates in said election received
� the following votes :
COUNCIL, PLACE 6
Aulton D. Mullendore. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 313
Clyde W. Stinson. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 117
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE , TEXAS :
That said election was duly called; that notice of said election
was given in accordance with law, and that said election was
held in accordance with law, and that the following named per-
son was duly elected to the office indicated :
Aulton D. Mullendore. . . . . . Council , Place 6
That the said above party is hereby declared duly elected to
said respective office, subject to the taking of his oath and
filing bond as provided by laws of this State and the ordi-
nances of this City.
PASSED AND APPROVED on this the 23rd day of April , 1979 .
