A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE , TEXAS , ELECTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE
TARR.ANT COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT
� WHEREAS , the City of Grapevine , Texas contains property within
its incorporated boundaries situated in both Tarrant County, Texas
and Dallas County, Texas ; and

WHEREAS , pursuant to Senate Bill No. 621 , passed during the
regular session of the 66th Legislature of the State of Texas ,
the City desires to choose to participate in only one appraisal
district , that district being the Tarrant County Appraisal District;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GR.APEVINE , TEXAS :
1. That the City of Grapevine , Texas , desires to and does
hereby elect to participate in the Tarrant Caunty Appraisal Distr�ct ,
pursuant to the provisions of Senate Bi11. No. 621 , passed during the
regular session of the 66th Legislature of the State of Texas .
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Counci�. of the City of
Grapevine , Texas , this 7th day of August, �.97� .
