A RESOLUTION FINDING AND DECLARING THAT THE
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSIN EXISTS FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
PROPERN FOR PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND WIDENING OF DOVE ROAD;
"�'��' AUTHORIZING AN OFFER TO BE MADE TO THE PROPERTY
i ' OWNER, DAVID B. EATON, TRUSTEE, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$ 640.00 ; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CIN ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE A SUIT TO ACQUIRE
THE PR4PERTY IN THE EVENT THE PROPERN OWNER
REJECTS THE OFFER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That the City does hereby find and declare that the public
convenience and necessity exists for the acquisition of the following described property
for public street right-of-way purposes for the improvement and widening of Dove Road:
All that lot, tract, parcel of land described in Exhibit "A"
that is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
The owner of the said property is David B. Eaton, Trustee.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to make the

� Section 3. That if the owner rejects the above approved offer, the City

�,,.,:� Attorney is authorized and directed to institute the necessary condemnation procee ings
pursuant to the City's power of eminent domain to acquire said property.
Section 4. That an emergency exists that requires this Resolution to go into
immediate effect from and after its passage.
